Bramble & Hedge is an Australian family owned confectionery house making small-batch nougat, honeycomb and peanut brittle in Victoria.

Three ranges, fourteen flavours. Every batch is cooked, hand decorated while still warm and finished by hand at our own factory in Melbourne. Real fruit and real flowers, in pairings that came out of our development kitchen.
