We’re Mark & Bek, alongside Jen & John, a family team stepping in as the new caretakers of Bramble & Hedge from 2026. We’ve reopened with a lot of excitement, and respect for what this beautiful business has been and what it can become.
Hayley, the original founder and maker, created something truly special: artisan treats with heart, care and flavour - expertly crafted, and inspired by the garden. We want to honour the story she began, and the community that has loved it.
This relaunch marks a new season. We’ll keep the roots that matter most - small-batch quality, thoughtful craft, and flavour-led creations including Hayley’s original recipes, which remain part of Bramble & Hedge. And over time, you’ll see our own touch too: fresh ideas, new energy, and a few new blooms along the way.
Everything we sell, we make. Our factory in Melbourne is where every batch is cooked, hand decorated, cured, cut and packed. Nothing is outsourced and nothing is imported finished. That is how we hold quality and consistency steady, and it is why a retailer ordering from us on a Monday is dealing directly with the people who made the product.
Our hope is simple: to keep crafting small-batch confections for special moments - made to share, savour, and remember.
